Hear Too Much Piston Slap on Rebuilt Saab 3 Cylinder, Two Stroke Engine

Once the engine was taken apart I discovered the block had not been bored.  Someone had installed a rebuilt crankshaft with new pistons (Non forged) but did not re-bore the block.  There was about .007″ clearance between the pistons and the cylinder wall with a feeler gauge.
